Vendor Terms
1. Agreement Scope
This agreement applies to vendors, resellers, or partners offering the WhatsApp CRM SaaS platform powered by First Choice IT Solutions.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate information during onboarding
Ensure their clients comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies
Not misuse the platform for unauthorized reselling practices
3. Compliance with Meta Policies
Vendors must ensure:
All end-users comply with WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies
No spam or prohibited content is sent
Proper opt-in consent is collected
Failure may result in:
Suspension of vendor account
Permanent termination without refund
4. Branding & Representation
Vendors may not misrepresent themselves as Meta Platforms, Inc.
Vendors must clearly communicate they are using a third-party SaaS solution
5. Client Management
Vendors are responsible for onboarding and supporting their clients
Any misuse by vendor clients will be attributed to the vendor
6. Payments & Revenue
Vendors must adhere to agreed pricing and billing terms
Any misuse of pricing or fraud may lead to termination
7. Data Responsibility
Vendors must ensure proper handling of customer data
Must comply with international privacy standards (GDPR-like practices)
8. Service Limitations
First Choice IT Solutions:
Does not guarantee WhatsApp approval
Is not responsible for Meta-related restrictions
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Terminate vendor access in case of misuse
Suspend accounts affecting platform integrity
10. Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify First Choice IT Solutions against:
Legal claims arising from misuse
Policy violations by vendor or their clients
